To be honest I am one of those girls who has struggled with physical health, mental health, and wellness for a long time. I’ve been diagnosed with autoimmune disorders, health conditions, and I’m still trying to figure out how to manage at 26 years old. If you know the song lyric, “Started from the bottom now we’re here”, and can relate this blog is for you! We can grow, learn, and reset together.
The journey has included being stuck, tired (physically and emotionally), wanting change, and being tired of all-or-nothing cycles. This blog for me will not only be accountability and to share my progress, but to discover healthier habits, exploring realistic wellness, and creating a safe space for learning through failure and success.
